Groundsell Engineering is led by Richard Groundsell, MEng (Hons), an experienced automotive engineer specialising in vehicle testing, dynamics, and technical development.
Richard’s career spans leading automotive and motorsport organisations including Polestar, Jaguar Land Rover, Aston Martin, and Prodrive, working across both road and high-performance vehicle programmes.
This isn’t theory-led consultancy. It’s built on decades of hands-on engineering in demanding environments where accuracy, safety, and clear results matter.
